You keep full access until the end of your billing period. We recommend exporting your records before your subscription expires. There are no cancellation fees.

The AI Quality Check analyses your incident notes against the 5-part statement framework used by police. It checks for completeness, objectivity, structure, and compliance — and flags gaps before you submit.

Important: The AI never rewrites your notes or modifies your content. It only provides feedback. All data is processed with PII redaction and the AI service never stores your records.

Each incident gets a unique digital fingerprint (HMAC-SHA256) built from your text, custom fields, photo and audio hashes, server timestamp, and GPS. If anyone changes the record later, the fingerprint no longer matches — so tampering is detectable.

Technical detail: the signature includes all text content, custom field values, SHA-256 hashes of photos and voice recordings, server-side timestamp, and GPS coordinates.
